Fwd (Forward) is a 3D interior environment of a 3-story building with each floor a different time period. 1st floor is Victorian, 2nd is modern, minimalist, 3rd is futuristic, sci-fi.
I used 'medium poly + tiling textures + trims/decals' workflow for everything (not ideal for certain types of assets, like the victorian chair, table) to save time and reduce the number of textures. I used a mix of chamfers and 2-segment bevels (aka edge fencing, like in subD modeling) + weighted normals to get nice rounded looking edges.
Tiling textures are made in Substance Designer.
I was responsible for everything from start to finish, except:
Materials: stone, marble (UE4 starter content, modified)
FX: fire (UE4 SC, modified)
Textures: paintings, victorian ornate details in trim sheet (JRO alphas, modified), rug patterns (modified), earth, space skybox, sun
